Exchanges are credited for the full value of the original product and no additional shipping fees are incurred.
To receive the full credit, it’s essential that you return the item in as-new condition, in the original packaging, with the return label.
Please make sure the furniture has not been modified or damaged in any way. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm that it is in good condition, you will receive a credit to use with Homebuy Furniture.
